Q Battery Metals Corp. has sold its Lorrain mineral claims and related assets to 1444900 BC Ltd., a British Columbia-based company.

Under the terms of the agreement, Q Battery has agreed to transfer all rights, titles and interests in the Lorrain mineral claims to 1444900 BC. In return, Q Battery will receive one million common shares of 1444900 BC, adhering to a structured release schedule over a 12-month period.
